About

Raised from a long line of Alaskans and Pioneers, Scott Slone was born in Anchorage Alaska in November 1968, which is still his home. Slone is a perpetual apprentice in all things digital media that spans two decades, which is a remarkable testament to the demand for his expertise.

Scott stepped onto the world stage through a pioneering digital media organization Alaska HDTV. Delivering to millions around the world, Alaska HDTV was Alaska’s first and most viewed digital channel featuring Alaska’s landscape, wildlife, and people. In tandem, conservation of Alaska’s wildlife and wild places was a vital part of his production messaging, and coined the popular phrase “Keeping Alaska Wild”.

Slone is sought after by international production houses like Pangolin Pictures, SPIEGEL TV, 44 Blue, NatGeo Wild, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, History Channel to name a few.

Conservation and celebration of our wild places remain at the heart of what Scott does. He continues to support the conservation of Alaska’s wild places by contributing his work to local conservation and preservation organizations.
